CLASS OF 1974 HARVARD – DARTMOUTH TAILGATE – October 28
Dear Classmate,
The Class Officers of 1974 (A’Lelia Bundles - Tom McKinley- Janet Adachi - Tom Quirk) enthusiastically invite you to join them for a Fall prelude to our upcoming 50th College Reunion!!!
This will take place on Saturday, October 28, with a pre-Game Tailgate ahead of the traditional rivalry game against the Big Green. (Yale game will be down in New Haven this year.) For those keeping track of tradition, this season’s games commemorate the 150th anniversary of Harvard football.
This would be a perfect chance to re-connect with long-time friends as well as to make new class acquaintances in anticipation of our major reunion events in May. It will also be an opportunity to experience what has come to be known over the years as one of the best football tailgates at the Stadium – The Class of ‘74 Tailgate. Those of us who have attended in the past know this to be a fact. Location will be on Webster Field immediately adjacent to the closed end of the Stadium. (Look for the Harvard 1974 Banner). If you have difficulty finding us, please text or call Tom Quirk at 617 270-3083. The 4:00 kick-off for the game should allow ample time for eating and drinking and interacting as the event will be up and running by 1:00.
Thanks to a very generous and anonymous class donor, participation in the event comes at no cost to classmates and families and friends. (Anyone going into the game will be buying their own tickets –ideally well in advance).
